Is a credit card required?
Yes. A bank-issued credit card is required. Both the driver and the card must be physically present at pickup. A pre-authorization is taken at pickup; please confirm accepted cards, the hold amount and release arrangements before booking. The hold is released after return and settlement; timing and terms are explained before rental. Any traffic-violation charges are communicated to you. Never send card details through the inquiry form or WhatsApp.
Do you rent 12- and 15-passenger vans?
Yes. Our vans are Ford Transit or similar. The 12-seat option includes 11 passengers plus the driver; the 15-seat option includes 14 passengers plus the driver. Seats can be removed to create more luggage space, reducing passenger capacity. Luggage space varies by actual vehicle and configuration. Send your dates, group and luggage details so we can confirm availability and driver requirements. Compare our passenger van options.
Can I plan a trip to Banff or the Rockies?
Tell us your planned route when you request a quote. We’ll confirm permitted travel, mileage terms and the vehicle options for your trip. Park entry and attraction reservations are separate from your rental.
How quickly will I hear back?
We reply in less than 24 hours, usually as soon as we can. For time-sensitive plans, call 403-273-6800 during office hours. A quote request does not confirm a reservation.
What are the age and licence requirements?
The minimum age is 23; conditions apply. You need a valid driver’s licence and a bank-issued credit card. The driver and card must be physically present at pickup. Contact us before booking to confirm eligibility and any requirements for your chosen vehicle.
When is my booking confirmed?
We review your rental details with you first. Once you agree, we confirm the booking and send you an email confirmation. An inquiry alone does not reserve a vehicle.
Where do I pick up my rental?
Find us inside Divya Sutra Plaza Conference Centre & Hotel, 3515 26 Street NE, Calgary. Pickup and drop-off must be at this same location. Confirm pickup arrangements with us before travelling.
Can I return the vehicle after office hours?
After-hours key drop-off is available at our hotel location, which operates 24/7. Please confirm the parking and key-drop instructions with us before return. Paperwork is processed the next business day.
Can I arrange an earlier or later pickup?
Our usual office hours are Monday–Friday, 9:30 am–5:30 pm; Saturday, 10:00 am–4:00 pm; and Sunday, 11:00 am–3:00 pm. Appointments outside these hours may be arranged in advance. Please confirm your pickup time with us.
